By submitting my entry to this competition, I accept the terms of participation and the organiser’s general terms and conditions. Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw. All adults residing in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of SWICA and Hiking Sounds are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is allowed. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The data will be used to process the competition, for advertising purposes, and to allow SWICA to contact participants. This declaration of consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. Data will be stored only as long as the purpose or a legal basis justifies it. During this period, SWICA and Hiking Sounds take all technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unlawful or incorrect processing. The data subject may exercise their rights regarding their personal data at any time. Once the purpose for processing no longer applies or the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
